The lotus is a symbol of growth and that is what I am dedicated to doing.  I am a qualified and experienced personal Counsellor, massage therapist and practitioner and teacher of Yoga.

I offer Remedial Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Thai Massage, Yoga classes and One to One Yoga tuition.  To compliment these therapies I also offer Person-Centred counselling.
