Currently focussed on integrating a wide range of skills to afford clients and students an environment in which their wellbeing is strongly felt and held.  Has experience spanning the past fourteen years and has developed an individual practice with its root in Hatha Yoga and Thai massage.  Has adopted a person centred approach to counselling to support and compliment these disciplines which permeates and strengthens a structured approach to others self-development.
